Where ERPNext runs. Buy hardware once, install onto the server you already have, or rent a cloud server by the month. Hardware is specified by capability, so you can buy it from any vendor you trust.
Running costs
ERPNext, Frappe, MariaDB, Redis and Ubuntu are open source. There are no per-seat licence fees to pay, this year or any year after it.

Fees are fixed for the scope set out above and exclude travel. Hardware and cloud servers are billed at cost by the vendor or provider you contract with; the figures here are indicative and should be confirmed at purchase. Rupee equivalents for overseas providers use rates reviewed in August 2026. Near-instant screens come from the architecture — local network transport, NVMe storage, tuned MariaDB and Redis, and an offline-first app that keeps working when the network does not. Work outside this scope is quoted before it starts, or billed at the consultation rates shown.
